Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Ozil Goal AI is a web tool that generates a short video from a photo you upload. Each video is created by AI: it follows the move of a well-known goal and replaces only the scorer with the person in your photo. Other people who appear in the video are part of that original move, and the video is not an official recording. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Photos You Upload

You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload and that each person in it has agreed to appear. You allow us to process your photos only to make your video. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, or use a video to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Credits, Payment and Refunds

Videos are paid for with credits that you buy in one-time packs. The credit cost of a video is shown before you generate it. If a video fails to render, its credits are returned to your account automatically. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Other refund requests are handled case by case; contact us at the email address on our website.

No Affiliation

Ozil Goal AI is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mesut Özil, Arsenal, Ludogorets, UEFA or any footballer, club or league. Names are used only to describe a public internet trend.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
